Terms of Service

CardHunt SA is a price-comparison tool for Pokémon and other trading card listings offered by independent South African retailers. We aggregate publicly available listings to help you find and compare prices.

We do not sell cards. All purchases are made directly with the third-party retailer. We are not a party to any transaction and take no commission, fulfilment responsibility, or warranty over the items sold.

You can browse CardHunt SA without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, we create an account linked to your Google identity so you can save a watchlist across devices.

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@cardhunt.co.za.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service (see Section 4).

Prices, stock, images, and card attributes are pulled from third-party retailers and may be out of date, incorrect, or missing. Always verify details on the retailer's own website before purchasing. CardHunt SA makes no warranty as to the accuracy, availability, or quality of any listing.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or resell CardHunt SA's data at scale without written permission
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls
• Use the Service to harass other users or retailers
• Submit false reports, spam searches, or automated abuse designed to skew our analytics
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

The CardHunt SA name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by us. Card names, images, and set artwork remain the property of their respective owners (The Pokémon Company and others). CardHunt SA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or any listed retailer.

When you click through to a retailer, leave feedback, or sign in with Google, you are interacting with a third party whose own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices shown are correct at the time you view them.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, CardHunt SA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss resulting from a purchase made with a third-party retailer.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
